Refund policy

All sales are final. Absolutely no refunds may be issued. In the event of damaged or spoiled goods, an exchange or store credit may be issued.

Non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 
To initiate an exchange or receive store credit for damaged items, you can contact us at retail@premierfoods.vn or contact our Hotline +84 93 133 1318. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange or store credit will not be accepted.
